Our Help Desk Support System enables us to provide you with personal support and help. All our support specialists are monitoring the tickets with your requests and questions. This helps us give you necessary support as soon as possible.
Helpdesk system lets you control the status of your support request and be sure, that it will be handled properly and on time.
If you do not find an answer to your question or you need personal assistance with your account, we encourage you to open a help desk ticket. A help desk ticket will be stored in our support system and will ensure that our support team can track and respond to your issue until it is resolved.
Instructions For First Time Visitors
To open a new Help Desk Ticket:
Click on Submit a new ticket.
Fill out your Full Name, Phone, Email, select Comp Agents Support Team as the Department, select the priority of the issue that you having, along with a Subject and a detailed description about the issue in the Message field. You can also include a file for us to better assist you, such as screenshots, or text files. Now type a Password of your choice in the Password field, and type the same Password in the Confirm Password field, and click on Submit.

Once the trouble ticket has been Submitted, you will receive an e-mail from our Help Desk Support System that will include your information about the issue and the trouble ticket number the Help Desk Support System has assigned to you.
