Digital Camera Services Overview
We service digital cameras nationwide! With the rising popularity of digital cameras, digital camera repair is becoming more of a necessity. Comp Agents has now added this great service for our clients due to the demand of technology support. Our specialists have received advanced training in this specialized field. From minor battery cover replacement to major board replacement, Comp Agents has the skills and the ability to handle every type of repair. We use the latest test equipment and manufacturer's support materials. Our specialists are factory trained on many models. We repair all makes and models!
How It Works
OPTION 1
If you are within a 30 mile radius of Los Angeles, we will pick up the digital camera/camcorder, and we will also cover the charges for the pick up. We will then send you an estimate for the expected repairs, so that you have an idea of the repair costs, as well as the time allowed for the repairs. We will be in touch with you at every step of the repair process, so you can expect our outstanding service and attention. We will only repair the camera equipment upon approval and signature. Please contact us or fill out our contact form to request service and repair.
OPTION 2
You can also ship it to us. Shipping your camera equipment is easy! Most U.S. post offices have free or low-cost shipping cartons and packing materials. We recommend Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, costing approximately $6-7. Keep in mind that your camera equipment is in need of repair, so don’t insure for full replacement value. U.S. Postal Service will also pick up packages free or for an additional fee at scheduled times. UPS and FedEx are very reliable and will pick up packages for additional charge.

Our Return Shipping:
We ship via UPS, FedEX and USPS daily, insured at replacement cost for current models and at market value, or equivalent replacement cost for older equipment.
Return shipping and handling charges are based on weight and value. For most cameras, lenses, and other small items, the return shipping charge is $11. Heavier or more expensive cameras or lenses cost slightly more. For most medium format cameras and camcorders, the charge is $15-20, depending on weight and insurance needed. Items which are unusually valuable or heavy may cost more. These rates are for regular ground shipments within the continental U.S.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses cost an additional $3-5, depending on and value of the contents. Second day and next day shipping are available at additional cost (usually $25 for second day and $40 for next day).
Charges for international shipments depend upon the method and destination. Please call for more detailed information.
No return shipping charges on warranty repairs.
